• Implemented DFMEA analysis for QC and achieved an 13.4% increment in accident prevention

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Design of a shock absorbing plate - Finite Element Analysis

• Designed a swinging rod model (with design constraints) using Solidworks and tested using dynamic mechanical stress analysis using Ansys

• 3-D Printed the model (Plexiglas) and conducted a drop test and compared the results with Matlab and Abaqus results Miniature gear wheel system - Additive Manufacturing

• Designed a miniature gear wheel system using Solidworks as part of an individual project

• Model included a set of 3 spur gears with base diameter of 5, 3 and 2 cm

• Using school provided printer "Laser Cutter VLS 6.60" printed all three gears and the enclosure which when provided with an input speed of 350 RPM produced an output speed of 883 RPM

Multistage compressor Air - conditioner system- Energy Efficiency

• Using average energy usage data, energy prices and refrigeration system analysis (using CoolPack) modeled a multistage compressor Air-conditioner system as part of a group project

• If implemented in hot dry environment like AZ was found out to be 39% cost efficient in long run

Player Value Estimation - Advance Regression Analysis

• Using data like age, skills, reputation of 20,000 soccer players from the past 20 years formed a regression equation to estimate the player’s monetary value using R-Studio

• R2 value of the model was brought up to 0.9861 using advance diagnostic method
