ERP System Analyst:-

• Evaluates current usage of ERP system across a variety of modules and works with internal technology professionals and external Consultant to evaluate efficiency and modernization of current practices and procedures by utilizing the ERP.

• Develop technical solutions, integrate supporting technologies and manages solution life cycle.

• Serve as the technical liaison between USPL Nutritional LLC and SYSPRO Consultant to diagnose, resolve and prevent any ERP IT issues.

• Work with functional business process owners in Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Production and Finance department to implement recommended design solutions & satisfy the organization's business requirements or processes.

• SME for the implementation of system modifications and expansions, new systems and releases for Four Unit.

• Assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization.

• Support the day to day operations of the ERP system and other organizational databases

• Coordinate with operational personnel to respond to the data needs of the organization

• Maintain the integrity and preservation of company data and information within ERP System database

• Communicate and coordinate with system end users to diagnose and resolve end user reported problems in timely manner and run business smoothly

• Create Dynamic report for Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Quality & Finance team make business flow smoothly &monitor.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Implement P2P &O2C process with Continuous Improvement Concept as par business requirement.

• Work with highly cross-functional teams involving production planning, as well as warehouse, material planning, sales managers and logistics personnel to meet deadlines. Inventory Management :-

• Recommend and develop systematic solutions and strategies to control inventory flow and maintain inventory accuracy to 98%.

• Develop and maintain Physical count activities and provide variance reporting to Finance team.

• Reconcile inventory variances due to missed transactions, engineering changes, rework and improper setup of item's master data parameters.

• Research root cause of inventory discrepancies and identify process, system, and training improvement. Master Planner:-

• Plan finished goods / component material supply from external suppliers & Oversea manufacturing Plant.

• Maintain strong working relationships and communications with Sales,Operations, Contract Manufacturers and Procurement to confirm production / shipping schedules and monitor open orders to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Proactively report product and material availability issues.

• Maintain and monitor Master Data; revise essential system planning data to ensure MRP system is effectively planning future requirements.

• Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

• Daily coordination with Operations team to set production priorities.

• Facilitate daily shortage meetings as required.

• Creation and date sequencing of production orders.
