Job : EPC WORKS FOR FACILITY INTEGRITY EXECUTION PROJECT IN DAS ISLAND Client : ADNOC Offshore

Contractor: TARGET Engineering Construction Co. LLC (TARGET) Unit : Zakum Plant, Umm Shaif Plant.

Scope : The main objective of the project is to replace the corroded section of piping in US LP Separators Gas Outlet Headers, US LP Separators Gas Outlet, Combined Gas Header, ZK HP Scrubber Off gas Header, 30” US Stripper Off gas Header, US HP Separator Inlet Oil Header. In order to reduce the shutdown time and continuous operation, the same in achieved by installing Temporary header and piping. Role : Piping Engineer

Job : UMM AL DALKH Early Production Combined Concept And Feed Project, Abu Dhabi, UAE Client : ADNOC Offshore

Unit : UMM AL DALKH, South Area Field

Scope : The project involves supply of treated Sea water from CPC to WHP-15 through a new 8” subsea pipeline. Treated Sea water will be injected in to 2 new and 2 existing water injection wells at WHP-15. Well fluid produced from the 3 new oil producers (ESP wells) will be combined with current production from the 2 existing ESP wells at WHP-15 and co-mingled with current well fluid production received from WHP-16. The combined production will be routed to CPC through the existing 8” oil production pipeline between WHP-15 and CPC. New Oil producers at WHP-15 will be ESP wells for which power is supplied from CPC through existing 22kV subsea cables.

Job : Habshan: Habshan Direct Depressurization (HDD) Th-F Trunklines Client : GASCO (Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limit)

Scope : The main Objective of HDD project is to minimize emissions released into the environment. The relevant emissions are caused by venting or flaring of process gas contained in the existing reinjection Trunk lines during scheduled outages. Instead of release to atmosphere, the process gas shall be utilized by direct depressurization into the sales gas network at Habshan. The project involved two units OGD-I & OGD-III, interface with ADCO facility and GASCO pipeline with six hot tap tie in’s.

Scope : The project involved Modification of Burnpit and Revamp the flame failure detection, ignition and flame front generators of HP, Acid Gas, LP Flares of Trains 1 & 2 and the two common Burn pits also includes replacing the pilot burner & tube assemblies made from appropriate Material to withstand rigorous service conditions.

Job : Jazan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Project-Sulfur Recovery Unit Client : SAUDI ARAMCO

Unit : Sulfur Recovery Unit

Scope : This is a US $2.5 billion project which involved in design and development of SRU and Storage facilities. The Sulfur Recovery Unit for the Jazan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle

(JIGCC) consists of 3 trains for 3 x 50% of the total capacity and is designed to recover a Nominal 1018 MTD (Thousand Ton per day) of liquid sulfur total. The major scope was involved in detail engineering of Claus Section, Shell Sulfur Degassing, Shell Claus Off-gas Treatment (SCOT), Thermal Incinerator, & Tank farm area. The project involved with around 30,000 lines. Role : Piping Area Engineer

Job : Hawiyah Gas plant expansion (Proposal)

Client : SAUDI ARAMCO

Unit : Dehydration and Due point control unit, Gas Treating facility, sales Gas compression unit. Scope : The project involved with both green field and brown field project scope. In which TEG package, compressor station, sales gas units and corresponding plot plan finalization and line routing along with the Layout MTO, PID MTO was the major task.
