RESPONSIBLITIES:

EPC / Project Cost Estimate for Feasibility Studies including NPV / IRR, BEP, Economic Analysis, Preparation of economic and financial spreadsheet models.

Carrying out all cost related activities such as Conceptual, Preliminary, Study, Feed and Definitive Estimates at various stages of the Project as per AACE Guidelines.

Allocation of budget as per cost breakdown structure (CBS), Cost Monitoring / Cost Control, Budget Forecast, Commitment, Variance with approved estimate analysis for ongoing Projects.

Preparation of Budget, five-year Cost Outlook, Budget Capitalisation, AFE’s for the new projects.

Licensor’s Evaluation, Value engineering Calculation for New Projects

Preparation of Cost Estimation Methodologies and Guidelines.

Maintain project files and documentation using document control databases.

Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning Cost Estimate Preparation for multi discipline like Mechanical Equipment, Piping Items, Pipeline, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil & Structural Works, Building / Architectural Works, Telecom, HVAC, HSE & Other Misc. items.

Review scope of work, project specifications and other contract documents & prepare cost estimate as per Scope of Work.

Estimate of resources like man-hours, equipment, tools, consumables etc.

Liaise with procurement department for the material/equipment/sub contract prices

Purchase all customers’ needs goods at the right time, at the right quality and the best price.

Perform processing of RFQ (Request for Quotation), PO (Purchase Order), BID evaluation, Release order for the materials requested by PRC.

Monitor overall transactional & spot buying activities against budget, schedule and KPI, attribute and provide solutions assistance.

Provide guidance to identify saving opportunities, cost reduction and safety suggestion for the department and company.

Coordinated daily with program management, engineering, accounting to ensure on time and provide low cost sourcing strategies for the company.

Responsible as focal point from procurement department in the Operational Maintenance and Engineering Meetings (OME) for MONOMER I plant.

Special assignment supporting the company during major events as Phase II Creditors Reliability Test (CRT) 2019 and total complex shutdown 2020. Handle reports for Zero Stock material, emergency and one leg operations report.
