PROJECT HANDLED IN CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTING & TRADING (CDCT):

Construction of expansion of Qatar petroleum Record Center Project, Client: Qatar Petroleum (QP) Located in Mesaieed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing & implementation of effective QHSE Policy throughout the project according to the Qatar Petroleum & Qatar Construction standards (QCS).

Conducts regular worksite inspections and audits, makes assessments, JHA and reviews and evaluates Occupational Health and Safety Programs, and provides recommendations to improve the internal responsibility system within the workplace

Leads project teams and promotes best practice to reduce the frequency of workplace incidents and injuries

Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with project staff members

Prepare reports of findings from the investigation of accidents, an inspection of facilities, and or testing of the project environment

Investigate causes of accidents and/or injuries to develop solutions to minimize or prevent recurrence

Examine plans and specifications for new machinery or equipment to determine if all safety requirements have been included

Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing & implementation of effective QHSE Policy throughout the project according to the Qatar Construction standards (QCS).

Reviewing of risk assessment, according to work specification & Emergency response procedure.

Coordinating permit to work.

Sending people for internal and external training according to the activities as per the regulation.

To prepare the (HIRAC) risk analysis of different activities.

To organize the internal audit and inspections of different activities like equipment inspection, site audits, hygienic audits etc.

Dealing the representative of the client and other contractors to improve the job and site safety to avoid incident or accident.

Attend job progress meeting to keep update on the current and future plan for the project.

Conducting safety meetings such as daily toolbox meeting, weekly toolbox meeting.

Phase 2B; Starwood Aloft hotel having 16 storey, 408 key hotel resides with a gross floor area of 67,000 SQM, linked directly to the ADNEC UAE, Consultant: RMJM (Robert Matthew / Johnson-Marshall / Handscomb)

Ocean Heights: Reflects an architectural brilliance that makes it a real landmark, this project is composed of 82 storeys high residential tower having a height of 310-meter, including three Basements, Ground floor, Podium and one-two-three bedroom apartments located at the entrance of Dubai Marina, UAE. Client: DAMAC Gulf Properties, Consultant: Engineering Consultants Group. Contract value AED 645 Million.

Silverene Twin Towers: Consists of two high residential towers having 35 & 32 storeys, The towers include both one-two-three bedroom apartments and floors and duplexes, a four-storey basement, one mechanical floor, three-car park levels, four storey podium, swimming pool, ground floor and the main roof which extend over a total area of 108,174 square meters, Located in Dubai Marina’s water edge near the vicinity of the marina mall, UAE. Client: Cayan property Investment & Development, Consultant: RMJM (Robert Matthew/ Johnson-marshall / Handscomb).Contract value AED 638 Million.

ADNOC underground car park: 3 level underground car parks, Area of over 65000 square meters with 1575 parking space approximately, Located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Client: ADNOC, Consultant: Hill International Management, Manpower: 1,000 employees

LOUVRE Abu Dhabi MUSEUM: A unique and universal museum build up in an area of 64,000 square meters, two a third of the museum is covered by white dome 180 meters diameter which is supported by only 4 pear walls, will appear to ‘float’ above the gallery buildings beneath. NIMR AUTOMOTIVE FACILITY: Construction of an automotive workshop by structural steel with slab decking and Reinforced concrete in an area of approximately 37, 465 square meters, Located in Tawazun Industrial Park, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Client: NIMR, Master Developer: Tawazun, Consultant:

Noon Stride. Contract Value is AED 122, 127,700 million.

TIARA UNITED TOWER: The development of two 61 storey towers with a structural height of 225 meters. Located in Dubai UAE. Client: Zabeel Investments, Client Representative: Wasi, Consultant: adpi. Contract Value is AED 1.75 billion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To develop, implement and revision of Health and Safety Policy, promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.

To assist the Board in complying with current health and safety legislation and /or regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the workers, staff and visitors.

To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization;

Controlling the subcontractor’s activities through audits, issuing of NCR in serious issues, giving awareness of health and safety etc.

Conduct the investigation in site accidents and analysis of the root causes and associated preventive actions to be taken.

To investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the safety manager or to other appropriate senior staff.
