·Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and follows the procedures for Mafacturing such as weighing, blending, dispensing, mixing, coating, encapsulating granulating, drying, milling, blending, compressing, potent compound, etc. Meets the requirements for use of manufacturing equipment and other commonly used equipment per SOPs.

·Examines manufacturer Product ID Labels, Quality Control release tags, and Batch Production Record to verify issued/staged raw materials can be released for production.

·Learns, understands and runs processes to meet the assigned schedule and standards/routers; when this is not achieved, may participate in the debriefing session to understand the reasons why and what needs to be corrected moving forward.

·Completes documentation associated with manufacturing processes (e.g. batch record protocols, and logbooks) with detail and accuracy. Meets requirements for entries on all applicable batch production pages, completion and attachment of all dispensary and weight verification tickets.

·Learns to troubleshoot process issues with guidance. Refers deviations from standard procedure to the supervisor. Adheres to all cGMP compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements. ·Operate various tablet presses at the same time such as Libra's, Hercules, Korsch and Rotopress daily during a ten hour shift

·Conduct tablet checks every thirty minutes using a scale, micrometer and hardness testers to ensure that tablets are in speck according to QA requirements in each formula

· Perform change over which entails disassembling and reassembling presses, removing and changing tooling punches and cleaning press, testing equipment and room in preparation for new product

·Work in wash pit cleaning metal detector parts and removable parts of machine presses

·Use computer system to create documents like 2D bar codes, license plates and also to input pallets in order for them to be sent to packaging department

·Prepare paperwork for each order to make sure codes, pouches, bottles and shippers are correct and for cleaning purposes to make sure no product is mixed or sent with the wrong order

·Input code in computer system and use proper SOP’s for cleaning

·Assemble a count of vitamins using a counter tray and either a pouch, bottle or box to set the scales to make sure there is the right count of vitamins in each package

·Inspect and fold pouches or inspect bottles to make sure they are in acceptable condition and are coded properly before placing them into shippers
