ABOUT ME

Civil engineer with 3 years of experience in construction management. Worked on a broad range of projects including residential and industrial construction. Familiar with schedule preparation, sub coordination and problem solving. I bring a highly personable and structured approach to projects prioritizing achieving results.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Build Group - Project engineer (2019-2020). Successfully managed the drywall scope of a 10-story multifamily residential building and aided in MEP coordination.

Tasks included:

-Coordinate and manage the flow of information to prepare for and assist in the execution of the projects work.

-Generate, track and ensure consistency across plans, specs and submittals.

-Track manpower, equipment and supplies compared to budget.

-Assist in change management documentation and implementation like RFIs and CORs.

-Monitor subcontractor performance for consistent quality, QA/QC

Mulkay – Project engineer (2018-2019). Manage a full crew of laborers in the construction of warehouses and multifamily residential building.

Tasks included:

-Takeoffs and resources management.

-Quality control and status updates.

-Schedule and develop master plans using MsProject.

-Develop bids and proposals for various project.

Canada Grupo Inmobiliario – Intern (2017-2018). Assisted in field administration to achieve project profitability and schedule goals.

Tasks included:

-Subcontract payments.

-As-built plans on Autocad and Revit.

-Cost estimate and unitary prices.
