I have 5 years cross functional Industrial experience, namely, in the areas of Safety & Quality in Oil and Gas Manufacturing and Oil and Gas. Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving capability to mitigate risks and issues, allowing production and/or projects to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives. Analytical and trouble shooting ability to recognize hazard and bottlenecks in operating facilities and production lines. Coordinate day-to-day HSE service that is effective and suitable to support Project’s HSE objectives.
Identify and promote opportunities for HSE performance improvement within the Projects and ensure that Project HSE requirements are widely and consistently understood and implemented
Review the contract requirements and HSE Management system of the Clients and manage the gap analysis process to ensure compliance with ADNOC HSEMS requirements.

HSE Executive at Enigma Mutiara Sdn. Bhd at Johor, Malaysia-seconded to the RAPID Pengerang Project. Refinery and Petrochemical Industrial Development (RAPID) is a world scale Plant developed by PETRONAS. Enigma was the HSE Consultant for all initial HSE training for the Project.
• Assisted in the implementation of the HSE passport system for Contractors-input of all essential contractors health, safety and training data for site verification
Assisted in the development of Safety training modules for Contractors, e.g., Working at Height, Hot work, Rigging and slinging, etc.
• Assisted in inspection activities at Pengerang RAPID project – Vehicles and Heavy Machineries inspection as required by PETRONAS Contractor HSE Requirements.
• Conducted Construction Industrial Development Board (CIDB) mandatory training for Contractors entering the Construction Site.

Background:
Enigma Mutiara Sdn Bhd, a Safety Consulting Company was involved in the execution of Safety training and Inspection for Vale Mineral Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a multi-national mining Company who was then constructing one of the world's largest Rare Earth minerals and iron ore storage facilities for South East Asia at Lumut, Perak, Malaysia.
As an Intern, I was learning on-the-job and assisted the Site team in the following activities:
• Prepared the incoming contractors for scheduling of the Safety Induction and record keeping.
• Issued induction cards for all successful inducted contractors and keyed-in data into the Safety Induction database, Safety Passport System.
• Assisted in Site Safety inspection of Plant machinery and vehicles for Safety requirements as per the Vale Safety standards.
• Assisted the Site team to streamline the process of induction and inspection by developing flowcharts and simple procedures to meet the growing population of contractors at Site.
