We have started the recruitment activities with only 40 plus people working on the organizational project. We have recruited talents from project stages, commissioning, pre-commissioning and startup until its operational stage with about 1,200 plus total manpower at the plant. RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN EXPERT:

In charge for recruitment campaign preparation with 1,000 plus open position from Managerial Level down to operators and technicians.

Attended local and international recruitment campaign based on volume vacancies with company and business demand.

Develop community public relations and partnerships with various local and international agencies.

Maintaining relationships with other human resources representatives on improving & processing ideas and other human resources related issues.
