DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (QUALITY INSPECTION AND ENGINEERING)
Prepare daily work progress, reported to immediate supervisor.
Arrange pre meeting with clients, contractors and making the schedule .
Preparation of WPS based on section IX, AWS and various codes.
Carry out Destructive Testing (Tensile, Charphy, Hardness, Macro, and Bend) and analyzing the chemical properties by Spectro chemical analysis as per procedure, code and various clients’ specifications.
Witness AUT/ PAUT and evaluation of AUT/PAUT Results and reports.
Identifying the testing requirements and specimen quantity and specimen drawing for various products by their respective specification and codes
Carry out the metallurgical testing Inter granular corrosion cracking (IGC) test for stainless steel, Hydrogen induced crack testing (HIC) for HSLA steels respectively as per ASTM E 262 and NACE MR 0175/TM 0284
Review, incorporate the corrections & draw the P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram), Piping Isometric drawings, PFDs,
Creating 3D modelling of piping, equipment and extraction of drawings, isometric, BOM and MTO from 3D modelling.
Storage tank longitudinal and circum weld joint fit up and weld visual inspection.
Pneumatic test witness on reinforce pad of storage tank nozzles.
Inspection of Nozzle orientation as per requirement
Inspection of Roof structure of tank .
Inspection of bottom plate, Annular plate inspection.
Identification of Radiography joints as per API650.
Witnessing Non-Destructive testing, Ultrasonic, RT film interpretation, Magnetic Particle Testing,Liquid Penetrant testing as per procedure, code and various clients specifications.
Creation of Material Test Certificate for unknown material by conducting various mechanical and chemical properties testing value
Witnessing and verification of weld procedure tests and welder/welding operator Qualification tests
Carry out the ultransonic testing weld scan and raw material (plate lamination and valve flanges and various steel products)
Follow up of various standards such as API / ASME/ EI / JIG requirements in all work respects.
Follow up of API-650 for Storage tank construction and inspection.
Involved in the certification of storage tank as per API-653
Ensure the the welding process such as GTAW, SMAW,SAW,FCAW .
Preparation PWPS, PQR,WPS.
Witnessing the NDT Testing(PT,UT,MPT,UT,AUT,PAUT)
Follow up of ASME SEC IX in all piping welding process. And AWS D1.1 in structural welding process.
Follow up and ensure the work as per API 1529 for Design, Construction, and Maintenance and Operation of Tank Farm facilities.
Follow up and ensure the Valves as various standards-Gate Valve API 600 Ball valve API 6D and others valves respects to standards.
Ensure the valve construction as per ASME B16.34
Involvement of Storage tank Internal Painting as per EI 1541
Preparing the procedure for various activities such as Installation, Tank Erection, Piping fabrication and Erection, Painting of Storage Tank Internal/External Surface, Piping/fittings and Structural.
Preparation of Testing & Commissioning of Fuel Farm & Fuel Hydrant system such as Flushing,Soaking,Spur & Riser Flushing,Filling of Storage Tank with JET A1 Fuel. Follow up of JIG 1 / EI 1560/ EI 1585
Flushing of Piping and pipeline.
Witness the pump performance tests.
Preparation of welding procedure for various welding process.
Preparing Punch List before and after Testing and Commissioning.
Preparation and follow up of ITP and various test procedure.

Coordinate with the construction team to Ensure the welding, piping and mechanical equipment installation activities are fulfill the project specification
Coordinate with the client, prepare inspection request as per ITP to confirm the activity completion
Review the radiography film and reports as per specification
Hydro test for the pressure vessel
Fitup, weld visual as per ITP For the pressure vessel
Dish end inspection
Box up inspection and Purging verification for the pressure vessel
Nozzle orientation and fit up verification for the pressure vessel
Long seam / Cir seam weld fit up,weld visual inspection for the pressure vessel
Follow up ASME SEC VIII for the radiography requirement of pressure vessel.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES(EXPEDITING)
Getting aware about the guidelines of Purchase order terms and conditions.
Initiate and maintain the contact with supplier until all materials are delivered to site.
Collecting detail about Bill of material and follow up to reach raw Materials on time.
Prepare and Follow up the Schedule of production and dispatch dates.
Follow up with Quality team to make all procedure in line with Standards and Requirements.
Making inspection schedule as per ITP requirements.
Follow up with procurement team to ensure required materials are reaching timely.
Daily meeting with Production team to fix the daily target.
Making weekly and daily report to Immediate Manager.
Interface with Procurement, Engineering,Inspection, Finance and Logistics to ensure all process in line with delivery schedule.
Resolve all report of discrepancy(ROD) and overage,shortage and damage (OS&D)
Monitior delays and access impact on delivery schedule.
Follow up of engineering to make all drawings are ready for production.
Monitor the Production on priority basis.
Analyses and identify the logistic procedure and make all ready for avoiding delay in transportation.
