TIAM Project Sr. PM – Tactical Identity Access Management Project that was to secure global Joint Venture staffs ability on the intranet. Through proper investigative work and analysis I was able to have this project canceled and the work assumed by a similar project. This resulted in a $6MM savings to the department.

Data Center Migration Sr. PM/Scrum Master – For entire Western hemisphere operations. Responsibilities include providing overall business analysis, understanding their needs, and direction for migration of Data Center in Lewisville to one in Carrollton, working with PMs for over 14 PSL organizations with clear understanding of their business needs and uptime availability within Halliburton, networking, security, servers, storage, database teams to migrate or replace over 2500 servers, blades, and 4500 VM’s. Coordinated movement for all SAP Systems (financials, ERP, etc.), Hyperion, ExaData, Exalytics, all PSL applications. Also included decommissioning of the old Data Center. $30MM Scrum/waterfall project

Managed the Infrastructure, Application, and Security PMs on the project as well as Third Party offshore vendor PM. $7MM Scrum/Agile project
Global BEACON in a Box Upstream Project Sr. PM/ Scrum Master - Program focused on developing a single, robust, ruggedized, redundant, replacement infrastructure platform for all of Baker Hughes’ existing digital oilfield applications. Responsibilities include business development/analysis, competitive analysis, ROI/NPV calculations, roadmap development, technology solutioning, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, vendor contract negotiation/management, reporting and accountability to senior business leadership, product pricing, sales and marketing materials, and commercial product launch.
