Acquired Australian based natural food products company manufacturing health chocolate for personal investment and elected to run the company until certain financial and operational benchmarks were achieved. Successfully registered products with FDA, arranged international logistics and successfully imported, warehoused and distributed product in the United States. Led all online and traditional marketing campaigns, including several televised interviews. Bolstered brand and commenced initial negotiations with major retailers. Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) - Executive Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions Led and closed over 300 major M&A, capital markets and strategic growth transactions, increasing FNF revenue form $700 Million to over $32 Billion and resulting in the creation of two Fortune 500 Companies

Successfully led and consummated a $3.3 Billion leveraged recapitalization transaction, enabling $2.8 billion in one-time shareholder distributions, including $100 million to the Chairman/CEO. Led complex negotiations with high profile, strategic investors and lenders, including TH Lee, Texas Pacific Group, Evercore and BofA Securities.

Led $1.3 billion strategic acquisition of Alltel Information Solutions, now Fidelity Information Solutions, the nation’s leading provider of technology to banks and other financial institutions. Successfully executed a $1.2 billion cash and stock acquisition by Fidelity National Financial of Chicago Title Insurance Company, a target twice the size of Fidelity, resulting in Fidelity becoming the largest title insurance company in the world.

Successfully led $450 million acquisition of Córdoba GMBH in Munich, Germany from Siemens, launching international expansion of FIS.

Managing Director and General Counsel

Successfully led the acquisition and performed all due diligence of a 90,000 Acre historic working cattle ranch in Western Montana.

Syndicated the deal by forming limited partnership and drafting PPM raising $60 million in 48 hours to develop a private golf course, residential and outdoor amenity club on a portion of the ranch.

Quickly negotiated entitlements with local, state and federal governmental authorities for the development, including the creation of numerous large conservation easements and major improvements to fishery and wildlife habitats.

Successfully sold approximately half of the ranch to the State of Montana, utilizing proceeds from ARCO superfund settlement.

Led the development of an exclusive high-end private 275 unit residential, golf and outdoor amenity club, which has been consistently ranked either #1 or #2 Best Private Residential Golf Club in North America.

Directed acquisition of multiple Sotheby’s real estate franchises in Montana to bolster real estate sale. Langtry Farms, LLC

Negotiated and consummated the acquisition of a majority membership interest the largest private landholding in Northern California, a 23,000 Acre ranch, winery and vineyard property, located in Napa and Lake County, CA.
