Assisting/ providing document numbers to the Engineers, assisting in preparation of documents for submission
Checking of documents before scanning and uploading to Aconex, if documents have some errors or wrong data, coordinate with the Engineer who prepared it.
Binding / preparing hard copy to be submitted to consultant.
Receiving documents from Sub-contractors (letters, Daily reports, MST, PRQ, MAS and other technical documents), Head office, and from MEME site staff (for uploading to Aconex).
