Designing all setup of Vacuum machines and Diffusion pump, vacuum chambers and flanges, sheet metal development, and other vacuum components, in CAD tool.
Project 1:Design and development of Diffusion Pump with vapor jet for highest pressure stability. With sheet metal designing, ISO flanges, and water cooling coils etc. Modeling, drafting and assembly. Cad tool Catia V5.
Project 2:Design& development of single and duel stage vacuum pump (250lpmwhich allows up to 10-3 m bar of operation)
Designs of all casting parts of the pump, tank, center block, and oil seal flange valves etc. The Development with reverse engineering technique, modeling & drafting done in cad tool Catia V5.
Project 3:Design and development of 2,4 & 6 Inch Gate Valves with ISO flanges like CF, K & F flanges etc. Modeling, drafting and assembly. Cad tool Catia V5.
Project 4:Design of Glove Box in different sizes, Coating Unit with metallic belt drive,Plasma coating unit, Sputtering unit and Thermal co-evaporation system. Cad tool Catia V5.

1)Frame work and control panel for mounting and assembly of all components of the system.
2)Chamber developments like cylinders and cylinder heads, Bell jar, Dome type. For high vacuum sustainability.
