I audited employee timesheets daily and had ready to run payroll on a scheduled date. Audited W-9 and Certificate of Insurance for all vendors, subcontractors and 1099 employees, making sure all was in compliance. I managed office personnel to assist me in small tasks such as collection calls, scheduling of services, setting up new clients in the RazorSync Mobile App Platform, and fielding phone calls. I placed chemical and parts orders as needed from our vendors. I am experienced in terminating employees as the business sees fit due to attendance or performance issues, providing separation letters.
