JOB PROFILE:

16 years of experience in Electrical/Complete ELV system design & Site execution for Residences & Commercial Buildings, Schools, luxury villas, Warehouses, etc. Review and analyze all MEP drawings, materials, schedules, program of works, etc. Co-ordinate all electro-mechanical activities with various teams on site. Communicate with the supplier for on all electrical requirements and make sure the technical specifications match with Consultant specification and DEWA’s standard. JOB FUNCTION

Designing and preparation of ELV system layouts (Fire Alarm system, Central battery system (CBS), Building management system (BMS), SMATV, CCTV and Intercom system) Shop drawings for Luxury Villas, Residential building, Schools, Warehouses and Factories.

Electrical shop drawings and Load schedule preparation of according to DEWA / SEWA / FEWA rules and regulations.

Review the electrical & ELV shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, methods statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.

Reviewing submittals prior to submission to the Consultant.

Quantities take off for MEP services.

Preparing BOQ for Electrical & ELV services.

Engage with authority at beginning of project to ensure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of project to ensure disconnection of utility services.

Engage with DEWA for shop drawing approval, following with security deposit, final inspection till getting permanent connection.
