•Schedule work orders to the proper team or outside vendors, schedule work week with staff Housekeeping, Maintance, Porters and Lundry departments

•Direct our team what needs to be done in The CareOne building for any kind of problems that may arise. Maintain building inside/outside to keep the appearance of the building and property.

•Exterior maintenance/preventive maintenance of the parking lot, sidewalk hazards, signs, roofs, drains, trim/removal of branches from trees.

•Computer skills to input work orders, pictures, bids, proposal and type complete work orders in the company system
