• Developed customer facing materials for corporate brands: brochures, booklets, forms, writable PDFs, certificates, PowerPoint presentations, waiting room kiosks, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, stickers, Facebook ads, email campaigns, marketing campaigns, posters and table tents.

• Responsible for creating technical pieces for doctors, audiologists and staff: product spec sheets, training manuals, forms and product presentations to use with their clients.

• Team leader for designing all corporate materials being translated into Spanish; assisted with other designs translated for use in over 90 countries.

• Partnered with over 40 retail customers to create their brand identification: from logo design to establishing the Brand Id Guide and developing sales and marketing collateral.

• Consistently the “Quarterly Leader” for number of jobs completed; average of 125 completed tasks every week.

Graphic Designer – Medical Partner Initiative / 2015 – 2017 The Medical Partner Initiative was a program consisting of a small team that focused on developing an integrated partnership with select doctors, audiologists and clinics. The purpose was to support them through every aspect of their business strategy. As the only Graphic Designer assigned to the team, my responsibilities included:

• Consulting with the marketing team to develop and design private-labeled tools needed to grow the business: separate brand id guides, newsletters, info- graphics, brochures, forms, certificates, PowerPoint presentations, product displays, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, Facebook ads, email campaigns, newspaper advertising.

• Assisted with hosting Medical Partner visits to corporate headquarters – participated in marketing reviews, presented new ideas and updated materials, attended after hours social events to help deepen relationship with Medical Partners and followed up in a timely manner with tasks and commitments discussed during visit. • Designing & proofing gift, business, reward and loyalty cards, card carriers, and various other print related projects.
