Global Trainer: Trainer of all Manufacturing Team members, new hires, all Leaders and Mangers of the facility. Designed the Training center and all training material that is taught at all levels at FPI. Chair of Toyota’s BAMA Region 1 where I am in charge of setting up company workshops and ensuring that the goals are met at all the workshops. Also, I am Chair of Toyota’s Learning Conf. that approx. 400 executives attend. Trainer for TPS for Executives where I can teach TPS to any region in BAMA. Work closely with Human Resources and Safety Dept. to select team members and put them in the best suitable job.

Safety Training to all team members. Along with working with Safety to provide Fork Truck Training, Lock out Tag out, and several other aspects of Safety in our facility.

CPR 1st Aide Certified Trainer

Planned and executed Health Fair for 700 team members. Team members that participated was up by 52% from previous year.

Was ask to be over the Health and Wellness at our company.

Plan activities for team members to participate in each month for Health and Wellness. (Lunch and Learn opportunities, Financial Health, Challenges to compete with eachother),

Group Leader: In charge of making sure production was met daily, resolving team member issues, entering time for team members, inventory of daily components and parts produced. Help Team members work out differences and support all team members in day to day activities.

Team Leader: Ensure that all team members meet cycle times and ensure that they fully understand importance of job. Enter production numbers, kaizen to save company money.

A little more about me: I am a fun and caring person that love people. I love helping people and always help and support everyone around me. I truly believe that you have to work for your accomplishments. I am a very hard working person that completes the task that is always given to me. I believe in helping the person that may be struggling if you can because they are just as important as you. I have a great personality and deal with people each and every day from top managers to team members on the floor and always treat each of them the same. I love coming up with new and exciting ways to train the team members and getting them involved in fun and exciting activities.

I am married with 3 kids all of which is now married with a family of their own. My family is the world to me and I enjoy spending time with them. I love hunting and fishing with my husband of 30 years, traveling, and always meeting new people. I love a challenge and always willing to do my best at everything that I try in life.
