Operational Responsibilities

Discuss the production program with Senior Production engineer and liaise with field operators to ensure conformity of production with approved procedure, standard and specifications.

Co-ordinate with instrument, Mechanical and Electrical maintenance crew for smooth running and maintenance of plant.

Keep close eye on preparation of equipment for maintenance, various reports of process variables, production data etc.

Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiencies of machine/equipment.

To operate and maintain the plant by adherence to all safety procedures so as to meet zero accidents.

Resolving technical issues through root cause analysis and provision of technical support/data to maintenance managers.

Control and analyse all plant parameters

Prepare Log details in accordance with company policy

Interact with On-site Safety officer and acquire work permit before commencing any sort of operation

Monitoring the operations and maintaining of Equipment’s by achieving maximum effect under safe operating conditions

Troubleshooting problems with manufacturing processes
