DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES at the LAW FIRM

Draft pleadings, contract, resolutions, secretary’s certificate, demand letters, communications and other documents.

Coordinate and secure information/documents from various departments and documents concerning legal matters and attendant circumstances related thereto.

Communicate, coordinate, appear/liaise with lawyers and forms; judicial and quasi-judicial bodies; offices/agencies and other entities.

Monitor/update contracts and case status/litigation support/compliance monitoring (inter-governmental coordination).

Administer other court/administrative filings and record research.

Keep and maintain company legal documents and act as a subject matter expert in HR Cases, coach and guide line management in all personnel-related issues.
