Scope of Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the Electrical &Instrument activities at the site on a day-to-day basis and responsible for the Electrical activity as per plan and schedule. Establish and maintain timely completion of Electrical activities as per project timelines. Commissioning & Overhauling of Generator,Maintains field electrical related equipments which use in Oil & Gas Fields included the preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical Motor’s, Diesel / Gas Generator’s, transformers, UPS & Batteries Bank, Well Head solar system, Electrical protection relays, switch gear, Perform the routine/planned maintenance activities,Use Maximo 6.1 (CMMS).

Presently working in Steelmen Engineering & Construction, Client of Pakistan Oil Field Ltd in Different Facilities of Khaur Plant Zone. Working at Different Projects of Electrical & Instruments. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical switchgear, process controls, transmitters, gauges and other instrumentation and control equipment in accordance with plant and vendor procedures .

Installation of Electrical and instrument work for new resident camp for BPP.

Installation of FMC Dispatch meter (Fluid Measuring Controller)

Installation of Engine driven Positive Displacement Pumps (Jet Pump)

Installation Of FLP(Flood Light Poles)

Installation of Analyzers, ESVs, PSVs, ESDs, Controllersnetc.

working at Nimat Gas Plant with Pakistan Biggest Gas & Oil processing Company, UEP is working in eight district in Sindh province Pakistan,Badin,Tando Mohammad khan,Tando Allahyar,Thatta,Hyderabad,Matairai,Sanghar,Mirpurkhas .These assets consists of nine producing and exploration blocks and four offshore exploration blocks in Arabian Sea, recently the company also won bids for two new exploration blocks,Digri and Sanghar,which is adjacent to UEP Mirpurkhas Khipro concession area.

E & I Technician (Phase V Naimat Basal Gas Complex, BAP Bukhari Gas Facility)

Working in United Energy Pakistan Ltd. (Formerly British Pakistan Exploration & Production Inc.).

Engaged in 160 million Gas processing plant construction project at Naimat Basal Gas Processing Facility, the project includes construction of 3 Amine trains, Hot Oil units, Dehydration unit along with essential utilities and a Self-Generating Power Plant.

Supervising construction activities including cable laying, termination in MV and LV switchgears (ABB) in side E-Houses, termination of MV and LV Motors, Installation and termination of distribution transformers, AC/DC UPS (Gutor –Schneider), Local Control Stations (LCS), Overall grounding, Installation and commissioning of 6.6 KV GE Waukesha Dresser Gas Gensets and 600 KW Perkins Diesel generator, Skid and General area lighting works.

Act as resource base during pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for start-up REDA Pumps.

Interact with construction contractor / sub-contractor and ensure their installation, fabrication conform to engineering design, client requirements and comply with the statutory Health, Safety, Environment, or Quality requirements, state and national codes and regulations / laws

Provide technical expertise and manage construction activities to ensure timely completion of the project in line with the specifications, detailed drawings and Standards.

Ensuring effective coordination with other disciplines of the project.

Actively involved at site under severe climatic conditions for full scale of the project.

Monitor the Loop Package Preparation and Co-ordinate with Loop Checking crews for smooth process of Loop Checks without delays

Function test and inter locking in PLC and modification as per process requirement in software of PLC with coordination of vendor.

Fire and gas & VESDA system installation, testing & commissioning.

Evaluate field installations and recommend cost effective design modifications.

Performed pre-commissioning start up safety reviews (PSSR).

Close coordination with warehouse at project site, review MTO’s and arrange MIVs.
