An incisive professional with total 4 years of experience in Electrical Transmission lines, Operation &Maintenance of electrical equipment’s.

An effective 1 year of experience in Uttar Pradesh transmission line as a supervisor.

Hands on experience about 1 year and 6th months of 220kv switchyard and 33kv down substation of Tata motors Ltd. Sanand site contract with SIEMENS LTD. ( December 2016 to June 2018).

Hands on experience about 1 year 4th months with M/S SIEMENS LTD in MIAL site in Mumbai as an Electrical Engineer (O & M) from (July 2018 to November 2019).

Presently working with M/S Siemens Ltd. Site FIAT INDIA OUTOMOBILES Ltd.as a shift engineer from December 2019 to till date.

Managing and preparing of Preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, job safety analysis, standard operating procedures and spares list.

AREA OF EXPERIENCE

Electrical Operation & Maintenance:

Planning & effecting preventive maintenance schedules of electrical equipment’s the system.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the electrical equipment’s and machines through application of trouble shooting tools. With the effective maintenance we achieve down time tense to zero.

Effective Maintenance of 220 KV switch-yard, 33/0.415 KV Sub-stations, LT PCC Panels, MCC Panels, PDB/LDB, Lighting Panel and other electrical installations of the plant.

Maintenance of transmission & distribution equipment’s like Power Transformer, CT, PT, and CVT, LA, Circuit Breaker (VCB, ACB and SF6CB)

Operation and Maintenance of Oil type and Dry type Transformers, HV and LV switchgears 33KV/0.415KV

Transmission lines of 400kv/220kv, 220kv/66kv and 33kv/11kv.

New substation installation with SLD and testing.

Experience of SLD of HT/LT distribution system.

Operation and maintenance of 220KV / 33KV switchyard.

Operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of battery bank and Battery charger.

Operation and maintenance of DG sets,1650 KVA,1010 KVA,625 KVA,2.5 MVA With on load and no load testing as per scheduled.

Experience of HVAC like VFD,Starter panel, Motors.

Preparation of Daily and monthly energy consumption reports, SQDCM, JH schedule, CBM activity, TPM, 5S, safety and internal audits

Conducting TOOL BOX TALK with technicians and workers for Job safety analysis, Permit to work system, LOTO and standard working procedure on daily basis.

Insulkote testing {pin hole testing} as per breakdown voltage at HV and LV panels front and rear side {floor insulated}.using of pin hole detector.

Thermography testing at hot spot in busses, cables and panels according to room temperature tightness.

Cable jointing and cable fault identification using cable fault locater {kits}.

Relay testing- O/C relay, E/F relay, Transformer protection relay, Differential relay and all types of numerical relays like SIEMENS, ABB relays.

Got it two times in 2017 for safety community and organizer to award with safety poster, From TATA MOTORS LTD.

Participate in dance competition from LUCKNOW of all engineering college {23 colleges}.

Completed B.Tech. in electrical engineering with 68.98% in 2015

Completed High School with 60.33% from U P Board in 2009.

Completed Intermediate with 60.98% from U P Board in 2011.
