Perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance as prescribed for Transmission, Power and BTS networks equipment’s.
React to Emergency faults and ensure all faults are rectified promptly within constricted contracted SLA (Service level agreements).
Resolution of repetitive Power faults affecting BTS radio network.
Replaces faulty assets in the network equipment’s, fills in the trouble reports and sends the faulty spares to the repair centers.
Compile information and report on the availability of the transmission network in light of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Implement approved software changes as directed with change requests.
Ensure maintenance work undertaken by contractors meets MTN Nigeria’s specification.
Maintain a comprehensive set of records of all transmission links, BTS sites, power equipment and spares for all sites within designated area.
Ensure all security and network Integrity documentation is completed and adhered to.
Liaise with diesel contractors to ensure on-scheduled supply of diesel to sites within purview
Connection of CCTV cameras, electrical wiring, installation of Home Automation circuits, private tutorial on embedded system and circuit designs, youth motivation for skill base seminars.
