This job is to obtain training in the field of steel and aluminium production and involves many skills, including :

Making the pattern for the piece to be made, by taking the measurements of the piece and then using 3D programs to draw it like "Solid Work 2018".

Introduce the design to the simulation software such as "Ansys 2020" to perform the required tests.

Begin making the pattern that will take the space in the mold taking into account the shrinkage of the metal during the process of casting the metal.

Start making the pattern using CNC machines and write G code.

Another project : a bullet proof vest.

this simulation by Solid work 2018 and Ansys 2020 software, were used to model and simulate the composite soft vest respectively, the material used for modeling of composite body armor was Kevlar-29 fiber ( with 600 denier ) and polyester resin, the simulation result for 20 layers of woven Kevlar-29 fiber with polyester resin as a matrix .

( total area =10 x 10 cm and total mass 0.1943 kg and total thickness = 13.42 mm ) shows that there is no penetration through the modeled composite body armor panel by a projectile of 9 mm from Glock ( proj speed 511.11 m/s ) " .

the dynamical interaction of bullet and Kevlar-29 composite layers at the last instance moment where the projectile ends to strike the layers and resulted there is more energy distribution over the body Armor, there is penetration over the ( 11 ) layers, the bullet where fired to the target at distance of 20 cm .

In comparison ; the hard body armor have a weight of about ( 1.5 Kg ), if back and front were to use at combat field it weighs up to ( 3 Kg ), the composite bullet resistance body that made from 20 layers of Kevlar-29 fiber with polyester resin weighs only about ( 0.45 kg ) and if back and front side were used it is only weighs about ( 0.9 Kg ) which is the most recommended and preferable for foot solider due to its mobility advantageous, but there is some trauma that can be recoverable .
