SVP of Store Operations: Responsible for Operations at top 10 Optical Retailer with over $250MM in sales, +1400 people and 200 locations. Leadership of all store operations, comp sales, P&L, marketing, logistics, and manufacturing, mentor and develop the field leadership team, corporate restructure, recruiting, and compensation. Develop all training systems and materials. Lead store growth, purchasing, construction, facilities maintenance, company policy, contract negotiations, and third-party insurance.
