Man-hour utilization, proper communication with supporting depts.

Rejection analysis, updating of rejections in system, accounting of rejections.

Installing & configuring computer system, softwere, printers, Broadband and relevant equipment.

Well knowledge about mechanical assembly & other mixed technologies.

Maintaining documents as for the line requirements.

Fix vendor for further pricenegotiation at bottom level & communication/ follow-up for supply materials .

Maintaining call logs, IT assest, IT level security policies, Backup policies,Scrap control, Material accountability & stock reconcilation.

Training given to new operators for productivity and Monitoring of the branch level activites. TESTING & COMMISSIONING:

Testing of PCB Assembly for Defense and Aerospace Systems.

Knolage about Testing tools like- Multimeter, cable tester

Troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment to the component level.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

Initiating corrective & preventive action (CAPA) at vendor & plant end on non conformance in order to reduce rejection at vendor and plant end.
