Present
As a Project Manager, I work closely with my corporate team. I am required to see the job through, from procurement to completion. I play a role in design review, specification review, sub-contractors scope of work creation and by out, scheduling of work activities, creating RFI’S, RFP’S, change orders, and running daily site activities. I ensure that all work performed by the subcontractors meets or exceeds the levels required by the contract, design documents, user, and industry standard best practices. As project manager I hold weekly progress meetings with the customer and separate meeting with the sub-contractors and corporate. I ensure that the Quality Control and Safety team’s functions in accordance with the USACE 3-phase Quality Control program, perform safety functions in compliance with OSHA requirements and the mandates of EM 385-1-1. I ensure all documentation is accounted for in each department.

Senior Quality Control Manager
This 14,000,000 project included the construction and renovation activities associated with Michie Stadium, Phase Four located on the campus of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. This project consisted of the complete refurbishment of all existing bathrooms, concession stands, and bleachers. We performed new construction on a stand-alone concession stand and stand-alone gang bathroom buildings. The refurbishment included complete new electrical service, new supply water system and new waste water system. Finally, structural repairs were made to the masonry, and the entire stadium was sealed and painted.

Performed over $12,000,000 in J.O.C. located at West Point, NY. Projects were multi-faceted jobs with trades, union and non-union, small to large. Specific work performed included Renovations to the Superintendents Quarters and Office Building, renovations / repairs to Grant Hall, Lincoln Ballroom, Cadet Mess Hall and Cadet Dorms.

This $44,000,000 project consisted of the complete demolition to the shell. Completely new infrastructure was completed to include gas, water, sewer, storm drain, and electrical. The interiors were completely rebuilt including all mechanical systems. Each Quarters building received a new 800 s.f. two story addition.

Keller Army Community Hospital
Renewal project This 46,000,000-project consisted of complete demo of the building’s interiors.
Completely new infrastructure was installed to include water, sewer, medical gas,
West Point NY natural gas, dental evac, communications, HVAC systems, HVAC control systems,
2015-2019 fiber optics, structural repairs, new furniture and finishes. This job required a
Quality Control Manager comprehensive HVAC systems functional performance test and
commissioning process. Working in a Hospital environment requires attention to
construction containment, air quality, building pressurization, and respect for
patient care. It was a great learning experience.
