Worked in project for KONE ELEVATOR as a Layout Design Engineer.
Creating layouts of complete elevator based on the customer requirements.
Handling layouts for non standard & special elevator.
As a layout engineer will check the calculations, provide the feasible solutions, selection of compatible components based on the customers requirements and prepare the layouts.
As a designer we have to derive the rout cause and corrective actions for issues using 5why analysis method.
Aslo review and ensure the quality in layouts designed by team members.

Undergraduate Project Overview
Acoustic and flow field analysis of a perforated muffler design
Objective is to design the muffler with reduced noise and back pressure than the existing.
This is done by increasing the flow length of the exhaust gas which increases the velocity and reduces the pressure at outlet.
3D model is build using SOLID WORKS and analyzed ANSYS CFD and then it is fabricated.
