I have been in the Customer Service Industry for over thirty years and have worked for a variety of organizations and am currently seeking a position where I can utilize my exceptional communication, problem solving and customer service skills. 1993-2005 Admissions Coordinator, Art Institute of Colorado Responsibilities included meeting with new and prospective students and assisting them in all aspects of the Admissions process with strong emphasis on Customer Service and problem solving skills. Additional responsibilities included establishing and maintaining consistent, professional communication with other departments within the school involved in the enrollment process. I also possess exceptional communication skills related to interacting with the public both in person and on the phone.
2006-2007 Facilities Assistant, Sports Authority Corporate Office Responsibilities included receiving and dispatching service repair requests from retail stores within my territory. I facilitated and managed over 200 stores in regards to service requests sent in by store management with strong emphasis on establishing and maintaining consistent, positive communication between vendors, retail store management personnel and the corporate office. Additional responsibilities included managing and maintaining the Expense and Capital budget on a monthly and quarterly basis.
2007-2008 Academic Adviser, Denver School of Massage Therapy Responsibilities included recording grades and attendance for in school students as well as maintaining Academic and Attendance standards as it related to the Schools' Accreditation. Additional responsibilities included meeting with and counseling students on a consistent basis to help ensure academic success and program completion. Establishing and maintaining effective communication with the faculty was another essential factor with that position. 2008-2015 Facilities Specialist, Sports Authority Corporate Office Responsibilities included receiving and dispatching all service repair requests from retail stores within my territory. I managed all repair requests for 140 stores sent in by store management with strong emphasis on establishing and maintaining consistent, positive communication between vendors, store management personnel and the corporate office. In addition, I was responsible for vendor management related to the work orders that were issued. I effectively communicated timelines and cost expectations to the vendors and Store Management. Responsibilities included establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants in Medical Office Buildings in the Denver Market as part of a National portfolio. I was responsible for tenant retention and communicated with the Leasing Agents on any concerns or issues that would arise at Lease Renewal. I worked with the Building Engineers to ensure that building repairs as well as tenant space repairs were completed satisfactorily. I managed monthly budgets and tenant bill backs and worked closely with Accounting on monthly statement accuracy and assisted in communicating to the tenants of late rent. I was instrumental in raising the annual tenant satisfaction scores across the board for the Denver portfolio and was able to maintain the score for three consecutive years.
