Job Functions as Group HR OIC:

Perform Weekly and monthly roving to different business units and branches.

Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, recruitment, employee relations, etc.

Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with department heads.

Strictly monitoring the DOLE and other Labor Compliance.

Attend DOLE hearing if needed.

Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

1. Oversee all staff –related procedures and formulate HR strategies in alignment with the hotel sites and hotel needs.

2. Responsible to manage recruitment and selection, training, orientation of new hires, managing employee data and taking steps to employee retention. 3. Supervise and guide all Site HR Officers, attend daily concerns through email, viber and call. Schedule weekly visit in all sites.

4. Responsible to assess and attend Labor issues, Employee relations, and DOLE compliance.

5. Design hiring plans for all hotel site departments based on seasonal demands. 6. Responsible in planning, managing and formulation of Manning guide during Pre- opening.

7. Coordinate with Manpower agencies in directing and controlling agency employees. 8. Manage compensation and benefits plan.

9. Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reports including manpower headcounts and inactive.

10. Implement employee retention program, benefits and incentives. 11. Over all in-charge in HR Activities such as team building, company outing, CSR, sports fest etc.

12. Coordinate accommodation, catering and transportation for the staff. 13. Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulation. 14. Responsible to make sure that all employees are well organize and motivated to render their service.
