Witness Factory Acceptance Test in accordance with the approved procedure and project specification.

Check the product quality in accordance with the Purchase Orders/Purchase Requisitions, Technical Specifications, drawings and Quality Plans

Study the Check list & Lesson learned before starting the inspection.

Always Proactive approach interaction with QA/QC team & Production Team to avoid Schedule delay & occurring issues during job execution /fabrication.

Attend Pre-Inspection Meetings, Kick-off meeting as per requirements.

Conduct quality audit and vendor visit as required to assess the compliance of the vendor to the approved procedures and verify effectiveness of Vendor Quality System

Continues Expedite with Vendor for arranging inspection, Vendor Technical presentation, Factory Visit, Follow-up for all the deliverables including V-docs to receive in time.

Check the P&IDs, PMS, BMBQ & Instrument Index for the Instrument Type, Construction material of the instrument & the Quantity of each Instrument.

Cost Estimation for all the controls & instrumentation related items (System, Field Instruments, Valves, Analyzers, Metering Skid components, Instrument Cable, JB, Cable tray, Bulk Material).

Study the ITB for the project requirements.

Utilization of fabrication strength makes costing more competitive.

More attention for the standardization so that unit rate contract concept can be implemented..

In addition after standardization try to minimize manpower requirements for the manufacturing of Skid.

Instrumentation value engineering opportunities will be utilize.

Check the reference Unit Rates for recent similar projects for each type of material.

Keep close coordination with Engineering, Procurement, QC & Project Control.

WORK EXPERIENCE

A) Current employment: January 2011

M/S JGC Gulf International Ltd. (One of the leading EPC company) –Saudi Arabia as Senior Engineer Since Jan 2011 till date.

Job Assignment: -

Worked for Costing Engineer for the Proposal of the projects: - Sadara Aromatics, Banagas- Debottlenecking, LPG treating, Replacement of LSFO Substation-BAPCO, Midyan Processing Facilities, Jazan Refinery, Jazan Sulfur Recovery Unit, Ras Tanura Refinery, Master gas expansion, HAIL Bulk Plant, Shuaybah Bulk plant, Concentrating Solar Power, NAUGP, Petro Rabigh many projects, South Ghawar.

Preparation of requisition for System/Field instruments & send to Vendor/Procurement. Follow-up with vendor. Prepare the costing bid summary for Instrumentation portion (Systems/Field Instruments & Bulk Material). Keep closes coordination with vendors & Procurement to prepare the effective & cost competitive bid.

Worked as a Lead Engineer for the COR 25 Petro Rabigh project & completed the project as per schedule. Preparing document list, Man power assignment, change order, communicate with Client & PMT., Problem solving, attending the FAT for Analyzer with client & TPI., Cloe out Company & V-Docs in time.

Worked as a assistant Lead Engineer for EPR project. Prepare data sheets & requisitions for all field instruments including Control valves, On-off valves. Make design verification V-docs review, Close communication with Vendor & client. Change order preparation. Assignment Includes: -

a) Review & approve all the V-docs including QA/QC related Documentation received from vendor. b) Communicate with third party Inspection Agencies to inspect the items related to Instrumentation. c) Review & approve the CVs of Inspection Agencies Inspectors who are going to inspect the items for our project.

d) Issue the final inspection release note after reviewing & approval all the inspection reports & result. e) Tanajib Water Treatment Plant (KSA): - Involved in Inspection of Analyzers with TPI & clear the Analyzers along with skid to site. Modification & testing of analyzers at site f) Visit to India at Virgo Valves Factory for expediting & inspection of valves & all valves dispatched to Tanajib site in time after inspection

1) M/s Shaw Rolta Ltd. as Senior QA/QC Engineer – Procurement from June 2007 to December 2010 M/s Shaw Rolta Ltd is 50:50 Joint venture of Shaw Group Inc – USA & Rolta India Limited and one of India’s leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and Consultancy Companies. The company undertakes turnkey project execution services in Oil and Gas related Projects, cogeneration and combined cycle Power plants, Petrochemical Projects etc.

Assignment:

Inspector– Procurement for Sixth Gas Cracking Furnace Project for M/s GAIL. We had awarded that Project by M/s GAIL (India) Limited on EPCM Basis for Supply and Installation of Sixth additional Gas Cracking Furnace (Capacity – 100 KTA) at their PATA Petrochemical Complex in UP (India) . I am responsible for complete Procurement activities including Expediting and Inspection. Total cost of Procurement – 16 Million USD.

Previous Assignment:

Worked as Inspection Engineer and handled Expediting as well as procurement of various Project related items and packages required for Ethylene Plant in Saudi Arabia. This is a SABIC Project & one of the biggest Ethylene plant in the world (1.3M MTPA).

OVERSEAS ASSIGNEMENT

Deputed to Sharq Ethylene Project Site in Saudi Arabia (From Nov 2007 to April 2010) for Inspection of Major equipment (columns, drums, heat exchangers) and Bulk Piping Items as well as Site Procurement Activities.

Inspection & expediting visits to Vendors for Vessels, columns, Heat exchangers & Structural Steel-M/S ZAMILSTEEL, OLYAN DESCON, AL-KAFFA, DRESSER AL-RUSHID & SAFAMI.

For allocated packages, Inspection coordination with client, Third party inspection (TPI) agencies and vendors for various inspection stages.

Review and approval of CV of inspection surveyors of TPI for inspection of specific items.

Review of material test certificates, ITPs and NDT / test procedures.

Approval of invoices at various stages.

Issue of IRNs, Review of Inspection reports and monitoring NCRs.

Update MK office for day to day activities

Follow up with vendors, TPIs for submission of required documents.
