QA/QC professional with more than 23 years of experience focused on Quality Assurance & Quality Control in the Construction Field.

Wide range of QA/QC experience in Civil, Structural & Architectural works gained while working on prestigious projects including: Mall, Hotel, Commercial and Residential High Rise Buildings with the leading Main Contractor in the UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of the company’s QA/QC policies and procedures on job sites.

Assisting in preparation of the Project Specific Quality Plan, Inspection and test Plans, Check sheets and related procedures.

Ensures the implementation of QA/QC plan on project.

Gives feedback on the QA/QC findings on the job site to the QA/QC Manager.

Implementation of the quality management & control programme for the project.

Prepares monthly/Quarterly Quality Report and submit it to the Head office Quality Department.

Maintains archives for concrete pouring, concrete cubes, calibration certificates, inspection request files, lab testing reports, quality control procedures, and inspection testing plan.

Detailed study & Familiar with the specifications of the project.

Daily Site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.

Controlling all inspection activities on site.

Ensure that the work is being carried out as per inspection and test plan and method statement.

Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.

Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.

To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements

Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up and closing.
