Objective
Seeking a position to utilize my skills and abilities in Operations field that offers professional growth while being resourceful, innovative and flexible.
Professional Experience
1)Working as “Sr. Client Account Manager” in GetMyUni Education Services Pvt. Ltd., from 23rd October to till-date.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Worked as a SPOC between the clients and GMU.
Understanding the client's requirements and consequently strategizing effective lead generation campaigns accordingly by taking the sole responsibility of the campaigns.
Being the post sales point of contact for the client to fulfil business requirements and optimal lead delivery, I have successfully delivered more than 35+ campaigns and generated over INR 5+ Cr.
Overseeing the teams of digital marketing executives (15), Client Account Managers (10), voice acquisition talents (100+) and data entry analysts (5) to ensure the campaigns' performance and overall productivity.
Working closely with the sales and business development teams and communicating campaign feasibility after doing effective due diligence of each proposed campaign.
Analyzing the performance of the campaigns and making comprehensive digital marketing decisions to ensure optimal results.
Handled 20+ campaigns and successfully completed most of the campaigns with more than the expected conversions.
Handling Digital and Voice team to generate leads to deliver it to the client.
Sending Reports to the Founder related to the campaign achievements.
During the COVID-19 situation, I have implemented a project in IVR and successfully reached all the students in terms of filling an application forms and fulfilling client requirement.
2)Worked as a “Risk Analyst” in Amazon Development Centre India Pvt. Ltd., from 6th of January 2016 to August 2019.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing excellent service to customers when they're the victims of identity theft.
Resolve on customer concerns via E-mail query and investigate suspicious activity.
Looking into Social Platforms of the Customer (if required and Chatting with the customer to resolve the queries.
Part of emails team where we co-ordinate, resolve and assist seller concerns.
Part of SOP implementation, responsibility was to assist any issues occurred by investigators while working on the cases.
Part of a Project named VCC and creating a roster for the team to run the business.
Sending Shrinkage Reports on daily basis to the top management.
Creating PPT’s for the business requirement and presenting in-front of the Management.
Trained New Joiners and taken Refresher Trainings and Mentored 40-50 investigators to handle the complicated queries through email. Was in a training team on the Job and well SOP Knowledge.
Part of a Project called “DQ Performance” for the successful implementation of New Metrics in 2018 and it has been approved by the senior management and implemented in the year 2018 to measure the Performance of all the employees (i.e., IPH, DQ, FNR, FPR etc.,).
Received many of the awards for the customer obsession and leadership qualities.
Has been consistently a best performer in 2018 in all the metrics.
3)Worked as a “Process Associate” in AXA Business Services Pvt Ltd from 18th August 2014 to November 2015.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Worked for Property & Casualty Insurance for Singapore Insurance Process.
Follow up with the client’s with the necessary property details from onshore clients.
Handled a team of 10 members and trained them on the Process in Efficient Manner.
Went Through the main phases of the P&C Insurance Cycle starting from the date of Joining
Maintained and reporting the daily reports to internal managements.
