For the last 24 years I have been working in the Micro Finance Industry, fifteen of these I was the owner of Finncorr Financial Solutions.

Task included, but not limited to were:

Proactive driving results on compliance issues in the industry Identifying security risks in the business and resolve solutions to eliminate such risks Dealing with fraudulent activities and applications Training staff members is security and safety regulations Tracing bad debt clients

Recovering bad debts and over due accounts

Investigating all complaints

Keeping relevant administrative records up to date Ensuring programs and procedures are adequate to meet requirements Managing budgets and cash flow
