Job Responsibility

1) Tender submission (Studying contract conditions, specification, Qty calculation for all items in BOQ from drawings, pricing the items, concrete analysis, manpower, tools and equipments, project planning...etc)

2) Provide support to the tendering process by obtaining quotes from subcontractors and ensure rates are in line with company’s tender specifications

3) Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors and perform cost value reconciliations and quotation comparisons.

4) Study addendum and ensure BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents are amended to reflect current client requirements and coordinate the overall pricing process. 5) Prepare queries and clarifications to notify client of any discrepancies and mitigate any ambiguities during the tender process.

6) Preparing interim valuation calculation & handle claim and payment for the project 7) procurement support, Rate analysis and new rate build-up if necessary 8) Identification and preparing of variation / extra works for site, 9) Preparation of payment certificates for sub-contractors 10) Coordinating and attending meeting with consultants for work related issues 11) Cost planning, analysis & monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget 12) Preparing bar bending schedule, cost comparison sheets, organization charts.etc 13) Ordering the required material for site & updating material delivery logs . .etc IIIII.
