Working as an Execution Engineer for the Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structures, Piping, Ducting, Equipment, Heater Coil etc.

Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structure, Piping & Equipment.

Refer Drawings, Fabrication drawings, Erection drawings, P& ID, specification, procedure for further work.

Monitor and control the material ordered & adequate resources available for execution of work in accordance to plan schedule.

Receive & understand the design documents & arrange field materials.

Site preparation for structure erection by proper scaffolding, safety net fixing, area development for safe crane access.

Receipt of fabricated material, check off with respect to drawing and field material list. Proper stacking, binning of the materials.

Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

Devising the recovery plans, handling monthly client billing, verifying bills and getting approval from client.

Formulating reconciliation statement of materials, monthly commercial report and execution plan for all site activities related to mechanical package.

Responsible for the interfacing and communication link between contractor construction supervision and EGTL last planner coordinator.

Prepare detailed work list and material take off and input these data into a planning work sheet to record work front areas.

Erection, Alignment and Final Handover of Static and Rotary equipment as per the ITP.

Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report.

Preparing and maintaining records for daily Equipment and scaffolding Request.

Planning of erection method based on layout of structure on GA drawing.

Select proper time for erection of major structures and Equipment considering wind velocity & extent of the job.

Coordinate erection work with rigging foreman and other workman.

Secure the already erected job at the end of the day by box formation, guy rope etc.

Check alignment and complete bolting, torque, welding etc.

Making different assembly work like, Main frame, Pipe rack, sheeting with Roof, Main Truss, Platform Ducting, Girder with Column, EOT crane platform, Rail, Ladder etc.
