PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Project tracking, analyzing and timely reporting daily progress report to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate the weekly reports.

Act as technical & commercial single point of contact for the project for end to end implementation.

Specify design, develop and testing electro-mechanical components and equipment up to complete systems/project.

Develop, improve, simplify and review documents, processes and tools for engineering and execution of HVAC projects, mechanical balance of plant works.

Prepare the BOQ and submit of tender documents as per requirement, handover documents to Customer and Services handover and proper Project closures as per Process. Key Projects successfully handover:

Installation & commissioning of AHU, TFU, CHWP & CHWP Insulation at ATOTECH Development center Pvt. Ltd. (Germany) at Guru-gram, Delhi (1.2 crore) : Involved in coordination between client, management, Project manager, team members, field staff for installation & commissioning of Air Handling Unit, Treated Fresh Unit, Child Water Piping, Child water Piping Insulation (HVAC system) for Atotech development centre & execution of mechanical part of system, right from technical data enquiry of equipment’s to execution and commissioning of systems. Interacted with the Clients project team and Suppliers/Vendors team for manpower, resources and material management.

Installation, commissioning of Robots at Magneti Marelli Motherson Automotive Technologies and Engineering (Italy) at Chakan-Pune(30 lakh) Involved in RFQ preparation, On site project execution, Handled end to end responsibility for turnkey project from civil check to complete Erection, Commissioning and Documentation, Manpower Arrangement, Material Procurement, vendor management, Coordination with team members and Project Manager.

Installation and Commissioning of Load Matic and Gravity lanes at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar, Odessa (12 lakh): Handled end to end responsibility from civil check to complete Erection, Commissioning and Documentation, Manpower Arrangement, Material Procurement, vendor management, Coordination with team members and Project Manager.

Represented VACOE Ahmednagar in Zonal round of RoboTryst-2012 a National level robotics championship association with IIT Khargpur.

Participated in Workshop on the topic “Automotive Power Train Engineering” a part of Automotive Technology Outreach 2013.

Seminar- Presented seminar on Water generation by wind mill at VACOE Ahmednagar.
