Create and route contract labor requisitions, RFQ, RFP, RFI’s for review, approval and vendor assignment utilizing GDIT’s VMS tool. Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Master Contract Labor Agreement (MCLA) objectives are met.

Facilitate vendor candidate submissions to ensure approved vendors are following proper procedures outlined in the GDIT Contract Labor Vendor guide.

Alexander Mann Solution - (CONTRACT) 2014 to 2016

Corporate Recruiter, FCI Federal (2015 to 2016): Conducted full cycle recruiting for the FBI, Federal Courts, and Pentagon. Partnered with federal and state agencies to fill security clearance positions, and leveraged knowledge of interfacing with DoD, DoDCAF, and NSA.
