Description:

Electrical: Experiences in operation and maintenance of GO switch, VCB Operation, Transformer, Isolator, L.T. Distribution ACB, MCCB, VFD, UPS, Escalator, Earth pits, Lightening arrester, Aviation light, CCTV, PLC, Star delta and DOL starter, Motors and pumps, Load balancing. Utilities: Experiences in operation and maintenance of DG sets up to 1010 KVA Make MTU, Dry type transformers up to 1000 KVA Universal Magnetics Make, UPS up to 80 KVA, Solar Hot Water system up to17KLD. HVAC: Experience in operation and maintenance of Centrifugal Compressor HVAC plant up to 300 TR Carrier Make, TFA up to 12000 CFM x 3, Cooling Towers up to 410 TR x 3, AHU, FCU, Water balancing in condenser and chilled water line, Calculation of CFM, Calculation of heat load for AC, Maintaining the water parameters for Cooling Towers and Condenser like pH, Hardness, TDS, Turbidity, Conductivity. STP: Knowledge of operation and maintenance of extended aeration activated sludge process Sewerage Treatment Plant up to 185 KLD, O&M of Multi-grade filter, activated carbon filter, Softener, Air blower, Water parameter testing like pH, Hardness, TDS, MLSS, BOD, COD.

WTP: Knowledge of maintaining the required water parameters for Raw water, Domestic use water etc. PLUMBING SYSTEM: Experience in maintenance of plumbing systems both in commercial and residential buildings. Experience in installing and assembling metal and PVC pipes, fixtures and other plumbing equipment. Fire-Fighting System: Knowledge of operation and maintenance of Sprinkler pump, Hydrant pump, Fire engine pump, Jockey pump, Deluge valve, Modular fire extinguishers, CO2 flooding suppression system, PA system, MCP, Conventional fire main panel, Smoke and Heat detectors, CO detectors etc. Compliances: Knowledge of One time and Time recurring compliances required for a retail and commercial complex. Administration and Accounting: Billing, Vendor management, Client relationship, SLA, Manpower deployment, Internal and external audits, Procurement, Follow up with vendors trough emails and phone calls timely, tracking and processing PO and Approval notes, Tracking and renewing the AMC of various equipment etc. Club Management: Operation and management of club services like: Gym, SPA, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi etc. Transition of building: Member of transition team during handing and taking over of whole the building from project team.
