SHORT TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
TAMDEED PROJECTS L.L.C
(First Party) and
Mr. CLIVE ALEX GOMES

(Second Party) have agreed upon the following:

1. Appointment
The First Party agrees to appoint the Second Party for the post of ONT Technician at grade TP 9 However, the First Party may from time to time assign the Second Party such other work as it may consider appropriate.

2. Effective Date
This Contract shall be valid for a period of one year and effective from the date of reporting / arrival at work thereafter. And is renewable automatically unless or otherwise notified by either Party by giving a notice of thirty days (30) before the completion of Contract period.
3. Work Location
The initial base for the Second Party shall be Tamdeed projects- ONT Project but the First Party may assign the Second Party for work or training at any other place 4. Obligations
The Second Party undertakes to perform the duties of his / her Job properly, efficiently and honestly and to obey the instructions of his / her seniors within the limits of the law and policy of the First Party applicable to this Contract and also to maintain the secrecy of all such information as are revealed to him / her by virtue of his / her Job or otherwise. 5. Language
Arabic Language shall be the authenticated language of this Contract.
6. Probationary Period
The Second Party shall be on probation for a period of three
(3) months from the date of joining. However, confirmation is subject to the production of authenticated qualification certificate and satisfactory performance of the job assigned. 7. Other Rights of the Second Party:
The Second Party shall not be entitled to any emoluments or other benefits other than those specified in this Contract. 8. Law Applicable
a) This Contract shall be subject to UAE labor laws and any other amendments thereto.
b) For the purpose of this Contract, the Second Party agrees to the Policies and Regulations of the First Party policy and any amendments that may be made thereto. In so far as to the extent not contradicting with the terms of this contract. 1-2

9. Salary and Other Benefits
The Second Party shall receive the following emoluments: a) A monthly basic salary at the rate of AED. 875 /- . 875 /- b) A Consolidated monthly benefits and allowance of AED. 1625 /-.

10. Other Benefits
a) Subject to policy of the First Party. The Second Party shall be entitled to a Paid Leave of thirty (30) calendar days per year or pro-rata of his/her service.
b) A grant of AED 1000 /- payable every two years as an air passage allowance when taking annual leave and as per Human Resources Manual of the First Party

c) The Second Party shall be provided with health insurance coverage for himself as per First Party health insurance programme.

d) The second party shall not be entitled for any educational allowance.
11. Work Hours
The standard schedule of normal working hours for the Second Party shall be Forty Eight (48) per week.

12. Termination / Resignation
Either Party may terminate this Contract or Resign (without prejudice to any law authorizing dismissal or termination / resignation from service ) as follows:
a) at any time within the probationary period upon one- notice for Termination and one month notice for Resignation. b) at any time after the probationary period upon (30) Thirty days notice.
