●Trained for DCS, PLC, SCADA,HMI & PROCESS INSTRUMENTS for 6 months from Siemens.

MAJOR PROJECT:

Topic: Level, flow and temperature control for non- interacting systems using DCS (PCS7)

●We build the two tank non interacting system, for that system we install the flow, level and temperature instruments, all these instruments are communicated to the DCS(PCS7)-SIEMENS.

●With the help of DCS entire process controlled automatically (SCADA) and manually(PLC).

MINI PROJECT:

Topic: Speed checker to detect the rash driving on highways.

●Controls the rash driving on highways using the sensors and timers.

●Detect the speed of fast moving vehicle and capture the image of that vehicle, send the information to control room.

TERM PAPER:

Topic: Structural Health Monitoring Using Advance Sensors.

●By using advance sensors we can monitor the social structures like bridges, historical structures.

●If any cracks occur in the structures the sensors automatically intimated to the control room.

INTERNSHIP:

Attended “THERMAL POWER PLANT AND WIRE ROD MILL SECTION” in Vizag steel plant, Visakhapatnam for 4weeks.

Attended“PLC,SCADA,HMI,PI& DCS Technical course organized by APSSDC and

SEIMENS for 6 months.
