Job Management - HR Support Services (BGV)
Responsible for creating job requisition through Open ERP - SAKTI (An Oracle Tool), and for the changes in the Job Descriptions
Internal - Initiating Background Verification for new recruits by contacting their previous employers through email

External – Checking the Candidates Informations and collecting the data of the new Joinees, The case is done in Post-employment, sometimes it will be done in Pre-employment check also.

Third Party Invoice Payment:
Third Party Invoices are being sent every month end from the respective Vendors – FADV, Neeyamo, Bactrak, and Auth Bridge.
Once I receive the list of employees of Invoices with the amount, I will initiate the payment after checking the invoices are valid.
This happens periodically for all the months.
