Monitored MRP for the above components and provided availability on a daily basis to the production team.

Eliminated constraints as they arose and communicated those constraints in the DELL world wide shortage meetings.

Collaborated with other DELL manufacturing plants in order to share inventory and increase inventory turns on a daily basis.

Would review Kanban levels of material on a quarterly basis and work with planning to adjust accordingly.
