2010 to Present. Security / Relief Officer:
Duties : Front desk customer service. Welcome guests and employees. Verify ID and exercise Access control by obtaining proper authirization from point od contact using e - mails, telepnone and skype. Process badges and enter data into computer using Quantun and Splan programmes. Monitor turnstile access procedures to ensure valid entry.
Foot Patrol :
Patrol interior and exterior of the buiding. Check all locked doors are secured. Monitor temperature in the display panel are normal and free from alarms. Ensure Fire control panel is free from alarms. Any irregularaties should be reported and a report to be generated. Respond to medical, fire, earthquake and other emergencies as per site procedures.
