Pre Dispatch Inspection:
Analyzing the functional issues and appearance issues.
New Project Development Quality Inspection in automotive products such as headlamp, rear lamp, fog lamp and Molding parts.
As a supervisor, providing labor to each section and monitor the standard operation procedure.
Responsible for Mechanical activities in the manufacturing plant. Documentation Process:
Working knowledge in MS excel and power point for preparing reports and Presentation.
Making report regarding molding defects.
Preparing standard inspection chart.
Preparing report for materials that are required for QC team.
Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations. Molding Inspection:
Preparing control panel for assembly line and molding.
Perform Line auditing at regular intervals.
Clearing all issues related to QC problems.
Maintenance of Assembly Line Equipment.
Update engineering manager with regular reporting of progress and status. Quality Inspection:
Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.
Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.
Developing and implementing quality control systems.
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications.
Verification of stock after receipt & issue.
Work in collaboration with shop floor (Tool room) & QCA dept.
ISO procedures with relevant documentation.
