AREAS OF EXPOSURE AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Managing overall activities about the erection, testing, commissioning and preventive maintenance of a wide range of electrical equipment like Transformers, generators, and motors, Mitsubishi/Siemens VFD, Siemens PLC/SCADA systems and process control & instrumentation equipment.

Troubleshooting functions and predictive & preventive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime.

Selection of switching equipment like lightning arrestors, current transformers, potential transformers, power & distribution transformers, isolator, HV & MV power cables, LV motor control centers.

Electrical installation work viz. cabling, cable trays, lighting systems indoor/outdoor, grounding and lightning protection system engineering specifications

All electrical equipment the specification by international codes/ standards including essential and start-up spares for equipment procurement of electrical/ electro-mechanical equipment.

Monitoring the implementation & commissioning of electrical systems; conducting tests to ensure operational efficiencies of equipment.

Performing basic engineering activities like designing layouts, preparing diagrams, charts, equipment lists, and technical specifications.

Responsible for the development of project proposals, cost estimates, and budgets, timelines, and schedules.

Responsible for monitoring and analyzing building and equipment operational efficiencies and help achieve world-class standards and metrics.

Responsible to implement Electrical safety audit recommendations, any other building audit recommendation across India sites.

Responsible for DG, electrical systems, HVAC, lift, building emergency systems, STP & ETP systems for new sites.

Ensure all project tasks are properly closed out.

Handling team to achieve targeted results for the project to minimize cost within the time allotted, comprehensively responsible for all operations and resources i.e. planning, scheduling, implementation of the project within cost, time and quality including manpower machinery and materials for all requirement and also responsible for submitting daily/weekly/monthly report to the top management.

Close monitoring of the project for every milestone during the project life cycle to ensure its completion in stipulated time.

Procurement/Sourcing/Vendor Management, Inventory, and Logistics Management:

Ascertaining material requirements; identifying and developing a reliable vendor for procurement of materials

Responsible for supplier strategy and supplier selection process for cost reduction while maximizing value from supplier relationships.

Working independently, responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of material.

Ensuring delivery of professional services as specified in the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with end customers; managing terms and SLA according to the contractual scope.

Ensures inventory levels and obsolete stock issues are minimized.

Works with suppliers to incorporate best practice inventory management processes.

Commercial and Finance Management:

To process and verify the invoices & play a bridge role between vendors and finance department

Reviews all supply arrangements, audit invoices, and consumption records to validate compliance.

CAPEX and OPEX budget preparation for the financial year with variable cost analysis.

Responsible for machine uptime, infra development civil, electrical, utility equipment & IT maintenance.

Responsible for electricity safety of the whole facility. Ensure CBM of plant electrical system by using thermography.
