Extraction of critical path activities from the updated schedule and advice remedial actions to avoid schedule slippage to discipline Mangers and Engineers.
Preparation monthly progress claim and furnish any clarification for the same to client.
Participate in internal meetings and Client meetings whenever required.
Maintaining of subcontract work order, verifying the progress claim and prepare the progress payment certificate.
Responsible for compiling final documentation, Maintaining control of the achieved data.
