Make demand in SAP 'MD61' against the
standard CNC machines two months
before for every month production.
Run MRP in SAP 'MD01N' against the
demand to plan the materials for monthly
production.
Release the purchase requisition in 'ME55'
for nill stock items to purchase team and
follow the materials with purchase team to
complete the production as per the
schedule.
Customer orders
Check new customer sale orders in SAP
'VA05' and Run the MRP against the
Sale orders in SAP 'MD51'.
Planned orders are generated against the
customer sale orders after run MRP Which
are available in MD04.
Planned orders are converted to production
orders in 'CO01'.
Release the purchase requisition against
MRP to purchase team and follow the
materials with purchase team to dispatch
machines at customer end as per SAP
delivery time.
COST ANALYSIS-SAP PP/MM (MODULE):
For new customer options unit and
development activities ask quote with
purchase team for cost analysis.
After got quote from purchase team make
Material Master for items in SAP 'MM01'.
After created Material Master for items
make BOMs in SAP 'CS01' and make
Routing in SAP 'CA01', then link Bom and
Routing in 'MM02'.
Link the Characteristics 'CT04' in Boms and
Class 'CL01' in SAP 'MM02' for Sale order
creation.
Maintain the Safety Stock for 'A' class items
and Maintain MOQ for 'B' and 'C' class
items in 'MM02'.
Make Reservation in SAP 'MB21' for special
items given by assembly and Make purchase
requisition for the items in SAP 'ME51N'
and release PR to Purchase team to procure
the material.
