PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE & ACHIEVEMENTS
From May 1995 to July 2020: Quality Engineer at Moeller Mfg. (Aerospace) Co. LLC. in Wixom, Michigan. Moeller Aerospace specializes in manufacturing precision machined parts for gas turbine aircraft engines, and for the power generation industry.
1. Created, submitted, and received approval from either GE Aviation (GEA), or from
Corbus employees on 396 separate SPS (Significant Process Substantiation) parts
electronic packages formerly known as VSE (Vendor Substantiation Engineering)
parts packages for new GEA part numbers, and for process changes to already
approved GEA legacy part numbers. FAI (First Article Inspection) reports were
completed per Aerospace Standard AS9102, and included in those SPS technical
parts electronic packages. Based on those 396 approved SPS parts electronic
packages, Moeller had been able to ship out more than 337 Million Dollars’ worth

Documents to GEA Central MRB (Material Review Board) for thousands of non-

than 26 Million Dollars by avoiding scrapping out the overwhelming majority of
those nonconforming parts in Moeller scrap barrels, by getting GEA employees to
provide a disposition on those non-conforming parts of either Accept as is, or as
Repair on the Nonconformance Documents (Case Records).
3. Completed splendidly as an auditee all 32 process, and product audits that had
participated in with GEA, or FAA employees on Moeller’s GEA part numbers.
4. Conducted superbly as a Moeller Auditor 53 total internal Quality audits at both of
Moeller’s facilities, and process/product audits at Moeller’s suppliers.
